HD Solar Mounting Kit for 36-Cell Solar Panels (150W-210W+)

The HD Solar Mounting Kit will fit on most 36-cell solar panels that measure from about 25"- 27" wide.  They are designed to use the existing holes in the solar panel frame.  Made of powder-coated aluminum for superior aesthetics and corrosion resistance, they are sure to last a very, very long time.  Utilizing individual L-brackets provides a simple, effective way to install your 36-cell solar panels on a flat or curved roof.

There are 3 height options available for clearance in between the solar panel and the roof:

• 4" (around 4-1/4")
• 5" (around 5-1/4")
• 6" (around 6-1/4")

Add the Tilt Kit option and the panels can be tilted in either direction! 

We also use Delta Protekt® TEC Bolt Securing Lock Washers for superior vibration resistance.  These TEC washers stand up to vibration better than any lock nut or lock washer!!  You can remain confident that your panels will stay on the roof throughout your travels.  See the vibration test video here.

The brackets also come with the 3M™ 4950 VHB™ Tape already installed on the bottom of each bracket for an extra secure fit.

• Torque to 100-105 in-lbs
• For the nut/bolt connection (with two sets of washers)
  
• Torque to 90 in-lbs
